are small potato dumplings made with potatoes and flour (real spinach is added to our Spinach gnocchi).

Sauce
Marinara -traditional meatless tomato sauce with our own blend of herbs and spices to bring out it's homemade
flavor.
Meat- blend of our marinara sauce and fresh meat.
Blush -marinara base with the addition of
fresh cream and parmesan cheese for a creamy touch to a traditional sauce.
Alfredo -traditional cream base with
fresh parmesan cheese for a smooth and creamy flavor.
Florentine -an Alfredo based sauce with the addition of organic chicken stock and spinach.
This gives it a thinner consistency than Alfredo and the spinach adds a nice twist of flavor to a traditional cream sauce.
Vodka -tomato base made with reduced vodka and oil. With the addition of Aleppo pepper
(from Turkey) it gives a spicy kick that doesn't linger.
Creamy Mushroom -made with the same filing that is in our Portabella Mushroom ravioli with the addition of organic chicken
stock, parmesan and romano cheese.
Roasted Vegetable -made witht the same filing that is in our Roasted Vegetable ravioli with the addition of organic chicken
stock and asiago cheese.
All Sauce is sold in frozen - 16 oz. containers.
Marinara, Blush and Vodka are also sold in a 16 oz. Jar
Meatballs
Our Meatballs in Sauce are a made with a fine blend of beef, pork and veal and packaged in our marinara sauce.
Meatballs are sold in frozen - 3-4 serving (approximately 6 large meatballs per
package) microwavable containers.
Lasagna
We offer both a Meat & Ricotta Lasagna and Vegetarian Lasagna.
Both are made with the freshest ingredients!
